Nothing sets the mood better than music – at least for me. I’m a HUGE music lover and virtually have it playing all the time. I’m even known for constantly being seen outside with my earphones on (and the people who know me are driven crazy by it lol). I hate going anywhere without tunes.

There are songs that are quite linked to my novel INDUCED AMNESIA for me, and one of the strongest artists that seemed to connect me to the mood of the book was Lana Del Rey. I think she’s not only an exceptional artist (and I mean that above and beyond her great voice). Her writing, creativity and videos are haunting and amazing.

Having said all that, I suggest starting the novel INDUCED AMNESIA by watching her video for Ride – it’s a super mood-setter for the character, Chloe Gunn.
